To use our Services, you need to register an account with us. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating or updating your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
We provide an online platform that connects you with local grocery stores and allows you to order groceries from them through our app. We do not own, operate, or control any of the grocery stores that we partner with. We are not responsible for the quality, quantity, safety, legality, or availability of the products offered by the grocery stores. We are also not responsible for the delivery of the products to your address. We only facilitate the communication and payment between you and the grocery stores.
You can place an order for groceries through our app by selecting the products you want from the available grocery stores and providing your delivery address and payment details. Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation message from us with the order details and estimated delivery time. You can cancel your order anytime before accepting your delivery, you may be charged a cancellation fee depending on the status of your order.
The price of the products listed on our app is determined by the grocery stores and may vary depending on the availability, demand, and location. We do not guarantee that the price of the products will be accurate, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to change the price of any product at any time without any notice. You agree to pay the total amount of your order as displayed on our app at the time of checkout. You can pay for your order using PhonePe payment gateway according to their terms and conditions. We do not store or process any of your payment information on our servers.
We use our own delivery agents and third-party delivery agents to deliver the products to your address. We do not guarantee that the delivery will be done within the estimated time . The delivery time may change depending on various internal and external factors such as traffic, weather, availability of delivery agents, etc.
If you are not satisfied with the products you received, you can request a return or refund at the time of delivery. We will review your request and process it accordingly. The return or refund policy may vary depending on the grocery store and the product type. Some products may not be eligible for return or refund due to their nature or quality.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without any written notice if we suspect that you have violated these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations or pose a fraud risk to us or our partners. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue our Services at any time without any notice or liability to you.
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or reliable. We do not warrant that the products offered by the grocery stores will meet your expectations or requirements. We do not endorse or guarantee any of the grocery stores or their products. You use our Services at your own risk and discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use our Services or the products ordered through our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you for our Services in the past 12 months.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or in connection with your use of or access to our Services or the products ordered through our Services, your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations, or your infringement of any rights of any third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kanayannur, Kerala.
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our app or website or by sending you an email. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of the new Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using our Services.
