If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, you will not be charged any cancellation fee. However, if you cancel your order after it is dispatched, you may be charged a cancellation fee depending on the order status. The cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

We will arrange for a pickup of the product from your address and inspect it upon receiving it. If the product meets our replacement criteria, we will send you a new product of the same type and quantity.
